This special version of our Hearts Collide Imperial Stout is aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels. We blended barrels aged 9 months and 22 months, which gave us an incredibly balanced, yet boozy stout. The bourbon notes are strong, yet not overpowering and the oak flavours bring a richness that is unparalleled. One of the best beers we’ve every made.
