We are inviting all interested parties to inquire within. This is a PART-TIME position with great potential for a larger role within the company. Tap Room, Retail Store & Events Lead

Rainhard Brewing Co. – Toronto, ON

Part-Time, 2 positions available

Rainhard Brewing is one of Toronto’s newest breweries, and recent winner of the 2015 Golden Tap

Award for ‘Best Newcomer to the Beer Scene in Ontario’! Having opened in May of 2015, Rainhard

brews out of the Toronto Stockyards. We pride ourselves on making quality small batch beer, using

only the freshest ingredients. Our philosophy is simple… We brew the beer that we love to drink!

We are looking for someone to join the team here at Rainhard!

What the position entails:

Be the face of the company. Literally… You are the first person and last person our guests

see when visiting our tap room. Our ideal candidate will run our tap room, retail storefront,

events and festivals. A great opportunity with potential for taking on a bigger role within

the company.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Open and/or close tap room

Handle all POS transactions and cash register closing for daily sales

Ensuring all opening and closing duties are carried out

Perform occasional tours of the brewery

Maintain an engaging and intimate tap room experience

Event set up and tear down (occasional events and festivals)

Assist with pre-event planning

Adhering to local health and safety codes while handing product

Requirements:

– Must be 19 years of age or older

– Smartserve certified

– Prior serving experience is highly valued

– Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

– Must have a G drivers License

– Effective communication and customer service skills

Additonal Info:

Everyone is exposed to the brewing environment and is trained through our brewing

process.
