09 Sep Events: Toronto Beer Week 2016
Toronto Beer Week is just about upon us again and we’re not expecting to get any sleep. We’ve nearly overloaded the week with things to see and do (and drink), so let’s get right to it.
First and foremost, after the official launch of TBW2016, we’re throwing a little cask festival at the brewery. Saturday, September 17th we’ll be hosting the Cask! Social, featuring three unique casks from Rainhard as well as a few from some special guests.
On Monday, September 19th, Indie Alehouse is putting on one of their fantastic beer dinners. Ourselves and a few other west end breweries will be pairing beers with Chef Todd Clarmo’s brilliant food. Our beer will be accompanied by slow smoked and sticky baby back ribs.
The very next day, Tuesday September 20th, we’ll be crossing the city for a co-tap takeover with Great Lakes at The Wren on the Danforth. The boys from GLB were here to brew a unique IPA for the event featuring New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. We’ll have a couple other special things pouring that night as well.
“Taps of the West” Tour
Rainhard, Junction and Henderson invade taps around the city with a unique lineup of regulars and one-offs. Reps from each of the breweries will be hanging out to chat and have a drink with anybody and everybody.
