Coming back soon in bottles! Expect a late February return.  More about the beer:

Brewed using nine different malts. This brew is full bodied and aggressively packed with flavour, yet extremely smooth.  Dark as the night, with rich flavours of roasted coffee and chocolate, and rounded out with an assertive bitterness. Serve this one at cellar temperature to let the malt flavours shine.

We will be putting half of this 17 Hectolitre batch into Bourbon barrels for extended aging. Look out for this very limited barrel addition by fall 2016!

This Saturday from 11am – 6pm, Rainhard Brewing is hosting the annual Learn2Brew day in partnership with GTA BREWS Hombrew Club! Join us for an afternoon of local beer, BBQ from Crown & Anchor Food and an introduction to making beer. Learn what it takes to jump into homebrewing with live demos, workshops, and Q&A’s with local homebrewers. Arrive anytime from 10am-6pm to talk with local brewers and see how you can brew good beer at home.

About the beer:
Nosbeeratu takes the form of a West coast IPA, yet black in colour. Backed by a subtle maltiness, the american hop profile rounds out this beer with citrus and pine. Subtle hints of toast come through in the aroma and flavour. The dry finish, and moderate dark malt make this Black IPA very drinkable.

Malt: 2-row, pale ale, carafa III, munich, carawheat, rye
Hops: Galaxy & Centennial
Dry Hop: Galaxy, Citra, Centennial
